Butterfly EcoPark Guesthouse:
Onsite staff daily.
Daily housekeeping included in the room rate.
Cost is $15 US per room, and there are three single beds in the Caligo room, and one double bed in the Morpho room.
We sell home cooked meals for $5 US/ meal. Guests are free to tour the farm and our butterfly breeding facilities.  The guesthouse overlooks the Columbia River, which is  a beautiful place to swim.  We are about a 15 minute walk from the Kekchi Maya village of San Pedro Columbia. It is a little longer to walk to the Lubaantun Archaeological Site, perhaps 40 minutes. Guests may rent horses or bicycles to make local expeditions, if we have enough for the group.  Popular day trips include: Rio Blanco National Park and Blue Creek Cave.
We grow our own chocolate, and also often take guests to dinner at a local chocolate farm for dinner and homemade local chocolate.
